Architectural Control
Before building, installing, modifying, painting, landscaping, or making any visible exterior change to your property, you must obtain written approval from the Developer or the HOA Board/Architectural Control Committee. This requirement applies to homes, fences, walls, structures, landscaping, exterior colors, roofing materials, and other exterior improvements.
To submit requests, owners must submit detailed plans showing the proposed work, including site plans, elevations, dimensions, exterior materials and colors, and a landscaping plan. New homes must include landscaping that meets community standards, including fully sodded yards and irrigation systems. Once approved, construction and landscaping must be completed according to the approved plans.
